Dear family and friends:

I apologize this has taken a while, but I wanted to thank you for praying for us on our trip to Florida in November. We had a great trip, Antonia traveled well, and we all had a wonderful time. Antonia was flooded with people and a barrage of stimulation, yet she almost never felt overwhelmed. She was articulate in her speech, robust in her humor and a joy to be around.

I want to ask you to pray for Antonia in the upcoming weeks. We have booked a flight and an appointment with the doctor in California for implantation of her own and umbilical cord stem cells. We will be there for five days of pre-therapy and come home on the sixth day. We leave the 6th of January and return on the 12th.

On the improvement front, we have been noticing an advancements in Antonia's awareness of herself. She has often asked how she looks, and is concerned that she not look funny. She also wants to be doing something more often. She has often asked me, "Dean, what am I going to do today?" Or she will say, "Can I do something?" For this we are thankful.

Thank you all for your continued prayers and support, it has meant so much to us.

Blessings on you all,
Dean
